The EURAXESS CP UAegean Workshop Team invites you to a peer support workshop designed for ECRs, where you’ll explore the gender-related hurdles faced in diverse and multicultural research environments.
The event offers a safe and supportive space to reflect on hidden barriers in research careers, share personal experiences, and develop ideas for fostering gender equity. Breakout discussions will allow participants to join thematic rooms based on their interests – from balancing career and care responsibilities to visibility and recognition in academia.
