For pre- and postdoctoral researchers, the Postdoc Office’s annual event on April 16, 2025, offers an excellent opportunity to explore key topics in academia. From 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM in Graz, speakers and discussants will engage in conversations around collegiality, good leadership, and kindness in academic environments. This year’s focus is on the importance of strong relationships in academia—whether in teamwork, supervisory roles, or interactions with non-academic staff.

It’s a great opportunity to network and exchange ideas. The discussions will cover both the challenges and solutions related to leadership and collegiality in the academic setting.
