Adrián Klepe, a PhD candidate in Neuroscience from the Medical University of Vienna and the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology will share his expertise on mindfulness from a neuroscientific perspective.
Christine Hudetz, a meditation & mindfulness teacher at the LBG Career Center will guide through science-based mindfulness exercises and meditations.

Who are the experts?
Adrián Klepe is a PhD candidate in Neuroscience from the Medical University of Vienna and the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology, as well as a yoga teacher and a NeuroMindfulness Coach in training.
Christine Hudetz is a meditation & mindfulness teacher, certified by Meditas and Expert for People Development at the LBG Career Center. Christine teaches mindfulness practice & techniques for everyday life as well as a secular and science-based form of non-intentional meditation.
