About the Expert
Aliette Dörflinger is a versatile professional with expertise in organizational development, project management and research. A dual Austrian-French national, she holds a Master’s degree from the Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. Her professional background includes senior research roles at KMU Forschung Austria, program management at the FWF Science Fund, and roles in cultural organizations. In her research activities, Aliette gained extensive experience in conducting studies and evaluations in fields including entrepreneurship and innovation, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) funding policies, gender in research and technology, cultural and creative industries. Her research work emphasized qualitative research and knowledge transfer methods. Today as a consultant and facilitator, Aliette Dörflinger specializes in participatory approaches that activate co-creative potential within groups and organizations to generate more effective processes and outcomes. She facilitates strategic processes and also works as business coach and trainer.
