Conflict negotiation based on the Harvard model. This workshop is aimed at institute directors, admin managers or research group leaders with leadership experience (level 2, Research Group Leader & more) who would like to expand their leadership skills to include the topic of conflict negotiation
Overview
The workshop teaches strategies for effective negotiation in conflict situations and the development of joint solutions. Using theoretical principles, practical exercises and realistic case studies, participants learn how to conduct targeted negotiations and resolve conflicts constructively. The focus is on identifying interests, dealing confidently with challenging discussion partners and developing sustainable agreements. This workshop is aimed at institute directors and managers with experience who would like to expand their leadership skills to include the topic of conflict negotiation.
Trainer
Johannes Tichy is a registered mediator, management consultant and certified trainer with extensive expertise in conflict management, negotiation strategies, non-violent communication and process communication. He also regularly gives lectures, keynotes and teaches, including on the mediation course at ARGE Bildungsmanagement and at FH Campus Wien.
