LEAD_able – Reflecting on the question “Am I able to lead?” is essential for one’s own understanding of leadership and is therefore particularly highlighted in the LEAD_able Summer School. Only those who thoroughly assess themselves and their leadership experience, both as a leader and as a manager, can achieve the reflective competence required for a responsible leadership role.

The aim of the intensive 6-day Summer School LEAD_able is to acquire transferable skills for a (leadership) career in or outside academia and to reflect on individual career development with professional support. Skills training on essential leadership topics, a special GENtoring (cross-age, cross-gender and cross-sector mentoring), as well as individual coaching are the core elements of the program.
