In the upcoming Lunch Talk, TwentyOne Skills invites the LBG Career Center to explore how effective leadership can elevate scientific work to the next level.
Leadership in the research world matters — for productive teams, successful career paths, and a healthy work environment. Traditional models no longer fit, and being an excellent researcher doesn’t automatically make someone an effective leader.
In the Lunch Talk on 24 November from 11:00–12:00, Susanne Leeb and Elisabeth Sonntag from the LBG Career Center will discuss how leadership in science is evolving and how we can strengthen it through connection, visibility, and the targeted development of leadership skills.
