About the Trainer
Elena Hoffer is the co-founder and CEO of Alma.Me, a platform supporting PhDs in their transition from academia to industry. She holds a PhD in Medical Sciences from Karolinska Institutet (2023) and is passionate about helping early career researchers explore meaningful careers beyond academia. Through Alma.Me and her LinkedIn platform – where she connects with a community of over 100,000 early career researchers – she shares practical strategies for navigating career transitions.
