Mental Wealth Program
Applied Psychoeducation for Researchers
The Mental Wealth Program (MeWe) supports researchers in enhancing their well-being.
Open to both early-career and experienced scientists, the program combines psychological concepts with practical techniques to strengthen resilience, manage stress, and build resources for personal and professional growth. The program is structured into seven modules covering topics such as managing emotions, maintaining realistic productivity, and fostering healthy sleep habits. Emphasizing collaboration and reflection, the sessions address the challenges of academic work while demonstrating how personal growth complements professional success. By participating, researchers can enhance their ability to thrive both in academia and beyond.
A detailed overview of the program and its individual modules can be found in the program folder.
The Mental Wealth Program takes place annually in March. The next application phase will start in spring 2027.
