Leading Researchers Program 2022 – First Module
What competences are important for a leadership role and how can I integrate them in my current group leader position? This was addressed amongst other topics during the first module of the LBG Career Center’s Leading Researchers Program, which took place on Monday and Tuesday this week.
The first module of the Leading Researchers Program for group leaders and senior researchers from the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft and other Austrian research organizations and universities took place in the traditional Hotel Höldrichsmühle in Lower Austria. A diverse group of leading researchers from 7 different Austrian research organizations reflected on their current role as a leader and received leadership tools to integrate them in their day-to-day business.
The second module about “Experiencing Leadership” will take place in September.
