Last Wednesday, we officially launched our biennial leadership program designed for academic group leaders. This year, 12 exceptional participants from diverse universities and research organizations have joined the program.

The opening session laid a strong foundation, with participants connecting, exploring the program’s modules, and sharing their most pressing leadership challenges.

Module 1 kicks off in October, where we’ll dive into the first key topic: “How do I lead myself?” We’re excited to continue this transformative journey!
