Closed Call for Applications: Leading Researchers Program for group leaders and senior researchers
Are you currently leading a team and want to learn more about leadership tools and how to apply them? Are you sometimes uncertain about your role as a leader and how to motivate your team? Would you like to network, share, and receive peer support from other group leaders? Then the LBG Career Center’s Leading Researchers Program is right for you!
The goals of this intensive leadership program for group leaders and senior researchers are to reflect and develop your own role as a leader, to learn about and practice leadership tools, and to share your experiences with other group leaders.
In three modules, you will get theoretical input on different leadership concepts, have the chance to try the concepts out, and experience them practically with your peer group. Additionally, individual support will help you reflect on your own leadership personality and advance your career development.
The target group for the Leading Researchers Program is group leaders and senior researchers who are currently leading a team/project group or who are about to take over a leading role.
