Unit: up to 5 hours
Coaching is a meeting between you and one of our certified experts that focuses on supporting you in identifying your goals, assessing your strengths and weaknesses, and identify solutions to your problems.
Coaching does not require the coach to be familiar with your scientific discipline, but is a self-reflection tool and therefore an important element in career development.
Coaching aims to answer the questions:
What do I want? What are my goals?
