The Potential Analysis is an online questionnaire and an one-hour expert consultation that enables you to identify strengths and competencies to further develop.
The Potential Analysis with LINC is based on the most psychologically sound model – the BIG FIVE – and creates a very differentiated profile of character traits, motives and skills. The Potential Analysis comprises of an online questionnaire, a written analysis report, and an expert consultation.
The Potential Analysis aims to answer the questions:
What am I good at? What are my competencies, my motives and my potential?
