Participants will gain tools to effectively handle conflicts, transforming them into opportunities for growth and collaboration. We also cover negotiation strategies, focusing on thorough preparation and techniques that lead to successful outcomes.

Mag. Johannes Tichy is a Partner and Senior Consultant at 5P Consulting. As a certified and registered mediator, he moderates and facilitates in challenging, conflict-laden situations—both professionally and in private contexts. He is a trained Negotiation Facilitator and provides training and consultancy for companies regarding negotiations.
