First module of the Leading Researchers Program 2020 successfully completed
In the first module of our new Leading Researchers Program our 13 participants reflected on their own leadership situation, discussed the art of giving feedback and delegating and shared their experiences on how to foster commitment and motivation within their team.
The virtual setting made it possible to still connect during these turbulent times and although it was an intense learning experience, we also had a lot of fun. Looking forward to seeing you all for module 2 in February!
