The Leadership Excellence Award in Research will be presented for the second time this year, recognizing outstanding and innovative leadership skills in the field of research in Austria. This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your skills and be recognized for your hard work!
Why do we need a research leadership award?
Many researchers reach management positions without having first acquired the necessary leadership skills. In addition, the research environment is characterized by very specific leadership challenges.
With the Leadership Excellence Award in Research, we would like to recognize individuals who not only master these challenges, but also meet them in a competent and positive way, thus serving as role models and inspiration for young researchers.
