In this course Judita Huber, Daniela Klammer from the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA) in cooperation with Saskia Lackner from the LBG Career Center will provide knowledge about basic psychological concepts as well as practical exercises that have been shown to foster well-being.
The aim of this course is to equip you with the ability to lead a good life as an early-career researcher (pre- and post-docs).
