Leading Researchers Program

This program made me rethink what being an academic actually means: our research depends just as much on how we lead the people around us as on the work itself. I left with concrete tools to lead myself and my team, to focus my energy on what I can actually control, and to set structure and culture upfront when starting new collaborations.

The Leading Researchers Program was a unique, well organized, informative and very enjoyable event. It provided me not only with valuable tools to integrate into my research group but also allowed me to get into contact with amazing people throughout the Austrian research community.

The Leading Researchers Program provides an exceptionally well-organized and thoughtfully designed space for mid-career researchers to learn and reflect on their values, goals, and personal approach to leadership, while building meaningful connections with peers facing similar questions and challenges.
