The initial three days in Vienna and Lower Austria focused on presentation, academic writing skills and healthy working habits. Charles LaFond helped the participants to boost their presentation skills to a new level. Christine Hoffmann supported the participants in creating a supportive community and defining healthy working habits. Katherine Caves shared insights into painless and effective academic writing.

The following 3-day writing retreat at Refugium Hochstrass provided a peaceful setting for participants to work on projects with support from coaches. Marc Abernathy and Christine Hoffmann supported the participants in 1:1 coaching sessions focusing on writing and well-being.

Revitalizing activities like morning yoga, meditation and peer exchange, contributed to a memorable overall experience and provided new skills, such as juggling.
